From a perspective of someone like myself who trains peoples muscles, I noticed something helpful while practicing the move. Many people may not be cognitive about hyper-extending a joint, in this case an elbow in the torquing motion of the chop from waist to chin. When you are in the acceleration phase, it helps torque, speed and stability by engaging your left gluteus muscle during internal hip rotation. It has helped a lot.]]></description>
